In 1995, I first created this page and compared the rates and terms from many long distance carriers. Since then the web has changed a lot. Most of the small long distance companies I compared have disappeared. Many new ones have taken its place.
But during that entire time, Cognigen corporation has persisted offering excellent service at the best prices around. I can no longer track it on the web myself, but if you know what you are paying now, or have seen other offerings, you will see that the prices at Conigen are the best around. What you can’t see is that Cognigen has been doing this in the same place (on the web) since before 1995, while most of the other companies whos rates you look at now are latecomers.
